In this trimester we will be delving into the expansive potential of attention, awareness, and group awareness. How do we move with a space? How can we use space in our dances with one another? How can we dance as a group? These questions expand the meaning, awareness, and potential of our practice of contact improvisation.

In this module we will be going over: CI fundamentals, improvisational movement, expanding the nervous system beyond the boundaries of skin, space as a dance partner, peripheral and telescoping awareness, the CI underscore, dancing from senses and feelings, and ensemble work.
